What is this course?

We all seek meaning in life. Yet, in the hustle of chasing goals, ticking boxes, and seeking short-term wins, many lose sight of the deeper question: What am I truly meant to do? At the Happiness School, we help you explore this very question.

 

In our "Find Your Purpose" sessions, you are gently guided inward to uncover your unique life path. These aren’t career coaching sessions or personality tests. They are deep, honest, and thought-provoking sessions designed to align you with your deeper self and what truly fulfills you. In about 3–5 sessions this self-discovery program is designed to help you uncover your life’s true purpose — not short-term goals, but your unique path to lasting meaning and fulfillment.

How does this program work?

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution. In over 3 to 5 personalized sessions (each 90 minutes), you can expect the following:

Session 1: Orientation & Understanding Purpose

  • What is purpose?

  • Why is it different from ambition or pleasure?

  • Introduction to a purpose-led life

Session 2: Self-Exploration

  • Mapping out your habits, patterns, beliefs, and life story

  • Identifying positive traits and recurring themes


Session 3: Tools for Discovery

  • Frameworks to arrive at your possible life purpose

  • Reflection exercises and guided discussions

Session 4 & 5: Refinement & Alignment (Optional)

  • Narrowing down, testing and grounding your purpose in your daily life

  • Building a support system and lifestyle around your values
